Dr. Géza Sikos, certified plastic surgeon, is an internationally recognized hair transplant specialist and the head of Sikos Private Clinic. Dr. Sikos has over 30 years of experience as a certified plastic surgeon. He was among the first to open a private clinic in Hungary, Budapest, and the Sikos Plastic Surgery, Hair Transplant Clinic (SH Clinic, Sikos Clinic) has been operating continuously and successfully since 1992. Dr. Géza Sikos was the first in Hungary to apply the FUT strip harvesting hair transplant method in 1995 and the FUE individual extraction hair transplant method in 2006, and he has been performing these procedures continuously since then. Numerous successful surgeries and satisfied patients are evidence of the Sikos Clinic’s thorough work.

Dr. Sikos has been working as a plastic surgeon since 1984 and has been specializing in hair transplantation for over thirty years. He has been the first Hungarian member of the world’s largest hair transplantation organization, the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), since 1996. He is an active member of the ISHRS European Council and the Continuing Education Committee, as well as other major international professional organizations.

Dr. Géza Sikos is a “Fellow” certified member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, the highest-level professional organization in hair transplantation. It is a great honor for a member to achieve the Fellow status of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). This recognition is awarded to surgeons who strive for excellence in this specialized field. To maintain this status, the surgeon must continue to meet specific educational criteria over time.

Dr. Sikos participated in the 7th World FUE Institute Congress in Casablanca, Morocco, from May 16-18, 2024.

World FUE Institute Workshop – Isztambul 2022

The World FUE Institute Hair Transplant Workshop took place in June 2022 at Dr. Koray Erdogan's ultra-modern ASMED clinic in Istanbul, with approximately 250 hair transplant surgeons participating from all over the world. Dr. Sikos, as an invited leading member and operating surgeon, took part in this highly significant event.

ISHRS Europa Workshop & BAHRS Conference 2023

Dr. Sikos participated as an operating surgeon at the ISHRS Europe 2023 Live Surgery Workshop event in Manchester, at the Farjo Clinic. The next day, Dr. Sikos attended the BAHRS (British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery) annual conference in Sheffield.

Dr. Sikos has been the first Hungarian member of the ISHRS (International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery), founded in 1993, since 1996. This organization unites the world’s leading hair transplant surgeons. The ISHRS Annual Scientific Meeting (held annually in different locations, mostly in the USA but also on other continents) is the most important world congress in the field of hair restoration surgery.

Dr. Sikos regularly presents at both domestic and international congresses in Hungarian and English, focusing on hair transplantation as his specialized field.
