Steps to prepare for the consultation:

Sending Photos: After your inquiry, we will send you a photo request and a general information letter.

Sending Offer and Payment Request: If you are a suitable candidate for hair transplantation, we will send you the preliminary offer and the payment method for the consultation fee.

After confirming the payment, we will schedule/finalize the online consultation appointment (if needed, by phone). You can also book your consultation in our appointment calendar

Free Pre-Assessment and Request for Quotation

We can provide you with a free preliminary professional assessment and quotation for your hair loss replacement and hair transplant options if you send us your photos via email or WhatsApp. Please submit the photos according to the settings shown here (Sharp images, against a light background, and in a small format ~300 kb, thank you!). Pictures should be taken by someone else to provide the right setting.

Dr. Sikos personally reviews the photos, and we will send you our response along with the offer as soon as possible, typically within 2-3 business days. Based on the offer, you will have the opportunity to schedule either an in-person or online (Skype, Zoom, or Teams) consultation according to your preference. During the online consultation, you will receive comprehensive information covering all aspects of the procedure from the comfort of your home. Consultation is mandatory before booking surgery.

Which area you would like to have the hair/beard transplant (please mark it on the photos!)
Your age
Any important medical conditions, medications, treatments (if any)
If you have had a previous hair transplant surgery: when it was done and how many grafts (hair strands) were transplanted
Any other important information regarding your hair loss (when it started, whether it is still falling out and to what extent, etc.). Additionally, you can of course contact us with any other questions related to hair transplantation.

Due to technical reasons, the online consultation will be conducted via Skype, Teams, or Zoom. Please send your photos and request for an online consultation to info@sikos.hu.

Personal and online consultations can be booked by paying the consultation fee in advance. If surgery is scheduled following the consultation, the consultation fee (for both in-person and online consultations) will be deducted from the surgical fee. In the case of a no-show, the paid fee will be retained by the clinic.

The photos you send for the purpose of assessment (and the photos—occasionally videos—taken before the procedure for mandatory condition documentation) are handled confidentially by Sikos Clinic and will not be disclosed in any form without your prior consent. The use of photographic documentation is governed by the Sikos Clinic’s privacy policy.
